After making an initial enquiry, we booked a time to come in and see Dave, the salesperson who sold us the original vehicle. We were able to check out several vehicles, and drive versions of them, we had our car assessed, and an agreement to proceed. We came back 3 days later, having made the payment, transferred plates, signed the paperwork, had a demo with the new vehicle and on the car and drove off..easy
