Friendly, efficient, a little rushed, but overall pretty good, I would recommend GVI to others.

David Khan looked after me from my first visit, to the family visit and purchase, and collection of the car. I was buying a first car from my daughter, trying to balance both our wishes. David was professional throughout the whole process, offered great advice and was very patient with us and guided us to make the right choice. I haven't used the GVI service centre yet, but another plus that made me comfortable with the purchase. I'm very happy with the car, David and choosing to buy off GVI.

Excellent service from Nigel - super friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. Gave me a decent deal for the car and trade-in. Easy to buy off him. One thing that could be improved is providing a state of health battery reading on all EVs. I think you guys do this for leafs, but are still working out how to do it for non-leafs.

Darren Bruce at GVI really looks after you like family. The vehicles are quality and prices are fantastic. They have great after-sales service and will bend over backwards to get you all the extra bells and whistles if you want them.

Darren was extremely helpful and accomodating, I didn't feel pressured or anything especially for my first car so I'm quite naive and you hear all sorts of horror stories, but he made the experience very pleasant and informed me of anything i wished to know, i fell in love with the car when i first saw it and bought it a few days later, he got it on the road registered and ready for me in no time!

David at GVI was an excellent salesperson. We felt really well looked after by him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at and on what would help us get the best value for money. He was very friendly and seemed to have our best interest at heart.
